Element I: Building An Empowering Community

When you’re starting out as a coach – the landscape is barren. It’s often hard to know where to begin looking for clients. And that’s why building a community is really important.

Creating a community allows you to share what you love and invite people to join you. It gives you an opportunity to engage with people in a playful way while delivering high value, which then makes them the perfect prospect to pitch your offerings and services to.

Element II: Deeper & More Powerful 1-on-1 Coaching

One-on-one coaching is probably the most powerful and deep type of coaching that there is. It’s the sacred space of just you and your client, allowing you to see how deeply you can help someone through their life.

Whether it’s consulting style coaching, or personal transformative coaching, one-on-one sessions can become places of trust and truth where the deep inner work really starts to work its magic.

When it comes to one-on-one coaching, there really are no rules. But when you’re starting out, having a structure can be really helpful to understand how to model a one-on-one coaching session.

Element III: Dynamic Group Coaching

Group coaching can be a powerful experience for clients in multiple ways. It gives your clients the benefit of you coaching them as well as getting the chance to watch you coach others – which can be a huge learning experience in itself.

Group coaching also offers great monetary value to your clients, making your coaching accessible to clients who would otherwise have not been coached by you. It’s a great way for your clients to see results, bond and ultimately grow together.

Element IV: Up Close & Personal – Apprenticeship / Mentorship

Whatever niche of coaching you’re in, giving clients the chance to work with you in an apprenticeship-style model can be a great way to create deep impact, while giving yourself the opportunity to grow as a coach.

In an apprenticeship model of coaching, your client gets to work with you closely – they get to be on the fast track to transformation by getting your undivided attention. As a coach, it allows you to get real good, real fast by allowing you to dive into the deep end and really start delivering value.

Element V: Transformative Intensives

Intensives are a really powerful way to work closely with your client to create deep, transformative impact. It allows you to take them away somewhere and create a reality for yourselves where you can see major shifts and transformations take place.

Intensives, when done right, can be a game changer for both clients and coaches. In just a few days it allows you to really go deep with your clients and often times transform their lives like never before.

Element VI: The Art Of Authentic Sales

Almost every coach I know hates talking about or even thinking about sales.

But when you break it down, it isn’t as scary as it seems. In general, it’s important to remember that there is no governing body telling you how much you should charge. Almost always, you will need to play around with your sales and pricing models until you find your sweet spot.

Element VII: Powerful Worksheets

In this module I have compiled all the worksheets mentioned throughout the trainings.

These worksheets include sample worksheets, pricing worksheets, filtering questions and more.
